Check out the posts on the page you have linked, there is a little bit of info on body & textures on the bottom of page 1. In terms of the face I have definitely seen this look before on some custom elven followers, maybe there is another elven overhaul or even a custom race to achieve these facial features? the pictures really don't look like Ethereal Elven Overhaul to me but I could be mistaken.
